No we currently do not offer gift cards at this time. If you are looking for a great gift you should consider our Kaleidoscope Sprinkles Cupcake Kits or our custom Sprinkles mixes or merchandise.

We accept major credit/ debit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover or AMEX and have a PayPal payment option for online orders. Kaleidoscope Sprinkles does not accept checks or COD's

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Sprinkles and food items must be unopened and in the original packaging 

  
  

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

  
  

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

  
  

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

1. Send us an email including your order number and reason you are requesting a return/ exchange. 

   
   

2. Let us know if you are requesting a return, exchange or store credit for your order

   
   

3. Print your shipping label that you will receive by email

   
   

4. Send all items back to us using the label provided

• Refund/ exchanges processing usually take up to 10-14 business days once returned item has been received.

There are no allergens used in our Sprinkles products. 
The following ingredients are NOT used in the manufacturing facility and will NOT come into contact with the products being produced: wheat, milk, eggs, fish, shell-fish, peanuts and/ or tree nuts.

We care about our environment. Our sprinkle packaging comes in glass bottles with either phenolic plastic or aluminum tops and are 100% recyclable.

Our custom shipping boxes and other packaging materials are sustainably sourced to help preserve our environment. From the sourcing of materials to the printing of designs, we follow eco-friendly practices to cut down on waste. Our boxes come from local mills and have up to 65% recycled content. This helps reduce the need to cut down trees.
